Otherworldly: Blue
There are moments beneath the surface when the ocean feels like another world entirely. Otherworldly: Blue captures that feeling through a gathering of translucent jellyfish emerging from layers of deep blue. Their pale forms seem to glow against the surrounding water, inspired by the remarkable ways light interacts with marine life in the darkness of the ocean. Expressive brushwork, drips and shifting layers of color create a sense of movement and depth, somewhere between what we recognize and a world that still feels beautifully unknown.
